  The banker at this location, Do Pham, provides outstanding service. We opened new accounts and he was very friendly, thorough, and all about relationships and customer service. I suggest you meet with him to discuss your needs. He gave us great ideas to consider and appreciate his level of service.

  The manager of this branch was ignoring me all the time, she has an attitud problem. I got there first, had been in line for 40 minutes waiting for a box of pennies, she just tells me go and sit we have a big line.. I had already all my deposits and change order done and she basically sent me to the back of the line. She was discrimining me because I'm blind, but all my accounts with Zchase will be close this week. I will start shopping around. The teller Javier was awesome and did as much as he could to help me, when he asked the manager Nathan or something like that, she ignored him did other things and left me waiting even longer. Chase should fire her, she does not have an idea of what customer service means

  If your lobby hours are 9am to 2pm on Saturdays, you should have the lobby open at 9am.
