  Dealt with Doug Krause. Horrible experience. Asked to speak to the branch manager who was absolutely no help either. Really disappointing and frustrated. Definitely not a good look!

  I went here on Saturday, but had to leave since I did not want to wait for an extra hour. However, people were nice and helpful as when I came back during next weekday, they took good care of all my bank's needs. I wish they have more available staffs on Saturday.

  The staff at this location is very pleasant and professional. I received great service at this location, it seems that the manager at this location is doing a great job. Btw I’m not a fan of chase bank due to my past experiences and incompetent phone service but this chase bank location is good.

  Consistently understaffed. Their management should know that Saturdays are busy and schedule more staff. Don't go here for your banking needs.

  Please have more tellers working, not everyone wants to use the kiosk. Wells Fargo next door had 6 tellers. Constant lines and wait time to see banker or make a simple deposit
