  When no other bank would help me Chase did. I opened an account with them 8 years ago and out of all the banks I’ve used in the past Chase is the best. I haven’t had problem one! They’re great.

  If I could give them negative stars, this review would be accurate. Elsa, the teller refused to help me deposit my rent money into the account my landlord has at chase. I will definitely find a way to bypass this bank at all costs. Having a sleeping baby, one would think a bank may not make you jump through hoops to give them cash money.. not at chase! Oooo, they make ppl chase around money.

  I owe them money and I have to make a settlement for a 4000 credit card I used as part of a down payment for a 2004 water craft Honda 2 seater and a trailer to pull the water craft. Shucks.

  Was waiting for an hour for someone to come and help me. Throughout the entire hour no one even came over to update me and assure me that someone was coming to help shortly. Even though Murillo staff members noticed me sitting there for a long period of time. Fix it. It's not hard to take some time to update a customer.
