  I've had years of experience at this branch and dread walking in. Nobody is really unfriendly, but it seems to pleasure them when they can't be of service and get to tell you "No". -I've had them tell me that they don't take change at this branch because they don't have a counting machine. -I've had them refuse to cash a check drawn on of of their accounts that I am named on without charging a fee. Luckily a week later and because I couldn't make it to my regular bank, I still had the check and decided to ask a manager if I could cash it. No problem now!!! -Lastly, I hate their policy requiring an i.d. to deposit. I understand it and typically have it, but recently forgot it. I know if they recognize a customer they can take the deposit (and sometimes they don't even ask anyways). Although I looked familiar to one teller, since he didn't know my name off the top of his head, I couldn't make a deposit, "sorry for the inconvenience". There are way better branches out there, I'm just stuck using this one at times and am reminded once again why I try to frequent the better ones.

  Many people told me about their bank account having more money then it supposed to so they thought they could spend a little more effortlessly but later when they realize that the money they got extra is gone and they don't have money to pay the rent. That's why it gets a 1 star. Work on it because this ruins lives.

  I like Chase Bank because I don't have to take forever just to get money and it's easy and quick normal just like ATM

  Every time i use drive thru teller.....it takes 10 mins per car. Even my one simple deposit takes forever. You even have to wait at the teller for several mins for someone to acknowledge you. If i could give negative wtars i would.
