  have had ALWAYS good service at this branch . Port Jefferson also good . People are friendly .Never a problem.

  The staff is poorly trained. Poorly informed about the policies of the bank and very unfriendly.

  I am absolutely disgusted with how I was treated here this morning. I needed copies of old checks I had written and the teller, a blonde older woman was very nasty to me. She told me she can't just sit here all morning and do this for me and refused to give me anyone else who would help me, even though, there was another woman sitting at one of the desks who could have clearly helped me when she got off the phone. I will never go back into this office again.
