  We all know that all banks are evil, however Chase is in a league of their own. They will wreck your finances, wreck your credit and mess up your loans. Don't even THINK about getting a credit card from them. If you do too well and keep the balances paid off, they will just close your account without warning, which hurts your credit a lot. Pay off a loan without a late payment, then be prepared to fight them for 6-8 months to remove a negative credit reporting when they say that they gave you the wrong payoff amount and tacked on extra fees after your loan was honorably paid and closed. They are only interested in customers who they can enslave financially. Avoid Chase at all costs.

  very bad customer service at drive up window .waited 15 min for one car to do business that should have been done at a window in side. the employees have no idea of customer satisfaction.

  De lo peor hice un deposito en el cajero y no me aparece el dinero llamo y me dicen q el dinero se reflejara en 2 dias Avilés y nada vuelvo a llamar y me comunican a fraude y me dicen q tengo q esperar 10 dias para una investigación de donde quedo mi dinero tanto problema y yo sin dinero por confiar en este banco
