::I rarely write reviews.. but the staff at this branch are so friendly! And I don’t even bank with Chase! I’m confused to why they have a low rating. Although Chase didn’t have the loan I was looking for, however Jonathan still gave me great advice. 10/10

::I don’t know why this branch had such low stars. I had such great experience here compared to bank of American & Wells Fargo . I didn’t make appointment cuz I just wanted to add an authorization user to my joint account , this chase is the only bank took care of me . Staff super nice . They definitely makes me want to keep all my money here and give them all my bank business.

::Chase is a decent bank but I guess Chase is not stable to serve DMV area’s customer. Last night, I went to Clarendon location’s to make a deposit using ATM but it had some issues. I visited to make a deposit but I couldn’t do it because the ATM’s deposit option was not available and ATM Card’s contactless/touch option was not working. I called the branch this morning and no one even answered the call. So, I went back to Arlington branch which is located on N Randolph & Wilson BLVD but there was no ATM outside so I could not make the deposit. So, what is the point of keeping ATM inside? Also, couple of days ago, I had issue with Zelle features. I sent money to someone and Chase held it for no reason and then after spending 1 hour over the phone and they still couldn’t fix it and later on it got fixed. Overall, its not a good place to banking if you live in DMV area.

::I have banked with Chase for over 10 years but for the last four years that I have lived in Virginia, there hasn’t been a branch until recently. This not your typical bank environment, but I was helped immediately, and the service was so friendly. Wish I had a branch closer.
