  Always great service. They offered my son a drink, food and a balloon today and made us feel welcomed. I highly recommend Fernando Remigio with your banking questions.

  Mostly friendly atmosphere with their biggest pro being that it's Chase Bank. Chase has support teams of unparalleled support, meaning you can relatively quickly get an answer to whatever questions or concerns you might have.

  Went there at 12:30 this past Saturday (2-18-17) and the line and drive through was abnormally long. Wasn't until I went inside that I noticed only 2 tellers covering both inside and out. I applaud them for doing their best but I was waiting for over 20 minutes. This review is towards mgt and their poor scheduling.

  I never had a problem with this chase branch. I always use the ATM or the automatic teller because I'm always on a rush. However, I've had to use a teller twice and the experience I had was horrible. I never had a problem with none of the tellers at this location during my pay transactions. A teller named genesis was the one who took me and did not even know how to approach me professionally. She was very disrespectful and used rude face gestures during my transaction. She also dismissed me in a very unprofessional way and did not explain an issue I had with a check properly. Other than that.... EXECELLENT BRANCH!
