  Surely the worst bank on the face of the earth. Very rude and mostly useless staff. Poorly designed space. Constantly failing technology. Quite poorly managed. Very sad.

  I have never had worse customer service that what I received from Lisa at the chase bank on royal street today. Because my card had been stollen and a hold placed on the card she resfused to even make change for a few twenty dollar bills. (I own a cafe and simply needed small bills). She was incredibly rude and downright cruel. I will be closing my chase account and will switch to capital one, where my husband has received lovely customer service. Do not bank with chase.

  As I footed it in a complete surprise down poor today, I was relieved to make it to the bank for my job just in the nick of time.... Only to be ignored until it was conveniently closing time. The young man was very rude, after asking me could he help me he then instructed me to come back in the morning. I'm really glad I personally have USAA bank.

  As a tourist, this was the best Chase ATM I'd encountered. Not only was it convenient from my hotel but it gives singles, fives, and tens!!!! And, you get to pick how you want it!!!
