  This franchise should be shut down. Horrible customer service. Their very rude and they are no help at all. Shoes A lot about chase. Switching asap

  Avoid like plague, extremely un-helpful and rude staff. They refused to notarize a simple 1 page document, while I got the same done in manhattan on the same day. second time I visited for a mortgage pre-qual, they claimed they would give a call, which they never did, I walked into manhattan branch and got the same done in a few minutes

  Chase really improved during the last years. They understood that customer;'s service is what eventually bring and keep clients at your bank, or they might choose to try a different bank. I can say that I am satisfied with their service, and they always remain professional and respectful with their banking one on one services.

  It is a very good bank. The service I get when I deal with chase is very good bank overall. The building is set up very nicely and it is user friendly to navigate around. The place is very clean to where it is pretty much spotless. the mainteinace staff deserves a thumbs up.
