  I love ❤️ this bank. I can’t walk very far or stand up very long because I’m disabled. When the line is long, I take a seat in the lobby chairs. Every time the bank manager comes to me with what I need. I give him my debit card an ID. He handles everything. Great manager, employees, and I’m so happy with their service. Thank you so much

  Doesn’t pick up the phone. Apparently my question has to be answered by the branch directly since each state is different . And I checked the APP which doesn’t show the details. Great, now I have to drive to the branch because everyone is too lazy to answer the phone . I called right when the branch opens and yesterday in the afternoon multiple times in the span of 2 hours . What are the chances that everyone is with a customer when I called?

  Quick and Efficient staff. Less crowded place. Comparatively lesser waiting time for walk in appointments. Humble and cooperative team.

  I highly recommend the banker whose name is Sandra Rosales. I got my wallet stolen with both of my credit card and debit card inside. I see unauthorized transactions made with them. I had an appointment with her this morning and she helped me get my funds back by explaining to the departments which handle this cases.

  Went to this Chase Bank so called MAIN branch to open a new account after being there in the queue for a while, at the point of entry - I was told there is no bankers who can help open a new account. How STRANGE?. They suggested to visit some other branch to open the account!. Not to forget, I called them up multiple times before walking in person where in I was denied the entry n suggested to go somewhere ekse. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED 😐
