  I don't understand why it takes so long to meet with someone here. I've tried to go here for questions about my credit card, but every time I've gone it's taken at least 30 minutes to see anyone. Once I actually sat down with a rep, she just called the customer service line and then tried to sell me another credit card. I don't know what the deal is here.

  It took 21 mins for them to get me 2 rolls of quarters. I come here every week for the same thing and they are wildly inconsistent, sometimes I have to come inside, sometimes I need to fill out a withdrawal slip, sometimes they force me to use the indoor ATM and then give me change and it's never the same... this place is the opposite of convenient.

  This chase bank really needs to get their stuff together! Every time I've ever come here it's been incredibly slow to get a cashiers check for my rent. I usually wait almost 30 min! It's ridiculous! Absolutely horrible!
