  I came here to make a deposit for a family member who is currently in the hospital. The associates at this location are rude!!! I work for a bank and never would I allow my associates to speak to anyone the way I was spoken too. I was not asking for a balance or even a receipt. I just wanted the check to be deposited into her account. At the end it was completed, I said thank you and walked away. The teller (cash box 7) who helped me never thanked me, have a great day nothing. Where’s the customer service? Appreciate the fact that you have a job and be pleasant.

  Just want to give these 5 stars to Elmwood Park,NJ branch,specially to an excellent employee for the greatest service ever.please honor Mr David(don't remember his last name).He goes beyond his his limits to help customers satisfactions.

  Love this bank! The tellers are always friendly and efficient for the most part. Marielba is always cheery and the line for the atm is never too too long.

  I do not have an account with them and most services are strictly for customers. At this they were able to point me in the right direction.

  Great customer service! The manager is very helpful and knowledgeable.
