  Close to my house, but from now on I'll travel the extra distance to visit a better branch. I have been a customer with Chase for over a decade and have never received such terrible customer service. I met with a banker, Michael, for something that should have taken 30 minutes at most (adding me to an account), but ended up taking 2 hours. Finally, around the 1 hour 45 minute mark he asked his manager for help and then they were able to do what I requested in less than 5 minutes. Why didn’t he get the manager’s assistance right away and before this dragged into a two hour ordeal? Also, why when he printed forms and said he needed to confirm my info did he ask, “Oh, you’re self-employed? So you’re a home maker?” Uh, no little buddy, it means I’m self-employed and run my own business. Wonder if he asks self-employed guys if they’re a home maker too? I tried to remain patient, but was obviously frustrated by the end of the process. And the cherry on top plus what led me to write this review? Michael calls today to say they didn’t like the forms he submitted so he had to redo them and I need to come back in and sign. One word sums up the whole experience: incompetence. Avoid this branch if you can.

  If I could give a minus review I would. This bank has taken overdraft fees from me when I have more than enough to pay the check 5 times over. Bad thing is they have done it more than once.

  This is the worst chase bank location I have seen. Always there is shortage in the employees. I came here to submit my address proof for credit card that I applied online. Kim Harris was suppose to just scan my APS bill and submit it, but she did that incorrectly not scanning correctly and they again asked me to submit the address proof. Not happy with the service.

  I love how I can do deposits to my account even when it's closed in the ATM outside plus when it is open I never usually find it to have a big line or anything. Plus even if it had a line it literally "pays" to have a little bit of patience. This place has nice employees and all so I don't see why everyone's having a problem here? There's a thing to be said about kindness and courtesy? It's not a insult on some people's parts but it's not hard to try either. People are only trying to work hard for a living after all.

  Long line with and pretty much short staff. Only had 2 people working behind windows. Will not come back to this one. They should have at least add another person since the drive through is closed.
