  Never go to this branch today I was denied a withdrawal by the store manager simply because he felt my signature didn't match. Then he tells me that he wouldn't feel comfortable withdrawing the money for me even tho I have a Driver license with me a debit card, two credit cards I even had the letter from the insurance company the money came from. I'm Completely disgusted I feel this was very prejudice because he asked me if I worked around there (pretty much hint to me I'm not is usual client tell) .

  Horrible branch. There is only one teller working even during the busy hours and every transaction is a long winded conversation between teller and customer. Most of times I walk in there, see a very long line with only one teller working (no matter what time of day you go) and I walk out. The new indoor ATM machines do not help because they require numerous steps and are very confusing with no one there to assist. This bank has poor management at its best. You are better off going to another branch or banking with Citibank or TD Bank where they can process your transaction in a timely manner.
