  The Customer Service at this branch is second to none. On more than one occasion I couldn't get much done over the phone, and specifically went to this branch to be helped by Nicole. She genuinely seems concerned and walks you through each and every process with a fantastic attitude. The first time she helped me I was belligerent and when I left I felt embarrassed becuase of how well she handled the situation and how badly I did. Ever since then I go out of my way to go to this branch and be helped by Nicole becuase she handles every situation professionally and treats you with the upmost respect although you may not deserve it. Management if you are reading these (which you should be) Nicole needs to be promoted for her excellent customer service and professionalism. This type of connection with customers can not be taught, it is a gift.

  This branch literally smells like a dumpster and has for a year. I avoid it at all costs even when it is not convenient. The smell inside is so horrible I would rather go to the San Marco branch. Smells like you are 3 feet away from a dumpster.

  Very pleasant service here. Asked a simple question and they were overly helpful with the response.
