  I went in today to open a joint bank account and was greeted by some super friendly people who got me where I needed to be very quickly. Ok the branch could do with a fresh lick of paint, I think even the staff would agree with that, but the service and attention to detail is second to none. Tony helped me opening an account and was the best, he guided me through everything, makings sure I new everything about the account, very detail and made sure I understood (something Citibank suck at). Not only was he a super awesome guy who is very good at his job, we were joking about the music playing, talking politics, family etc.. which is great. The experience wasn't transactional, it was nice that someone actually cared and they need more people like this. After running through all the details, I then got approved for a credit card, and Tony helped me work the deposit machine for paying into the Joint account. A brilliant experience, great service.

  WORST banking branch! Incompetent tellers and managers incapable of processing simple requests and transactions. Tellers will kill time talking about their weekend with customers they're friendly with while you wait in line. I'd give this place negative stars if Google would let me. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!
