  I've been a customer of Chase for 9 years and this is the only branch where I've walked in and been suggested to use the ATM to make a deposit instead.I personally like to go to the teller any time I can for multiple reasons. I then explained that I don't care for using the ATM if I don't have to and was then instructed on how to use the ATM because it seemed like she didn't want to fill out the deposit slip.I get it it's the end of the day and you want to go home but you are being paid to offer a service please just offer that service.Nothing more and nothing less is all I ask.To be fair everything else about my experience was phenomenal.The building was clean,line was short,Other staff seemed pleasant and professional.Will try again soon with hopefully a teller more pleasant to just complete my transaction willingly.

  Very easy to get to and also other shops are very close......
