  I've been trying to reach by phone for 3 days, just an answer machine telling to call again later.... poor service

  As much as I love Chase, this rating is strictly for the experience at this particular location. I came here, early on a Sunday morning, to do a quick cash withdrawal. I had to insert my debit card several times before the door would finally unlock. Once I did my withdrawal and was ready to leave, I noticed the exit button, which is the size of a cheez it cracker..super small. Most places that you go to you press that button and then you push the door to open. Not the case here. You have to hold that button and press the door, at the same time. As I was leaving, I had to explain that to the people that were coming in because they saw that another lady and myself were having issues with the door. After that, some of the people had the same issue with inserting their debit cards multiple times in order to get the door unlocked. Of course access is electronic and sometimes those things are faulty, I just did not expect that. Also, the area is very sketchy (and this is day time) so use extreme caution. I only came here because this was the closest one to our hotel, according to Google maps.

  Horrible customer service, only trying to open another account. Five people standing in the lobby and not one of the five is helping any of us waiting. We were told we have to have an appointment to be seen. FIVE people standing around their desks at account services, not tellers behind the counter. This place is crazy in laziness

  There is no drive through and only 2 tellers were working inside. One customer was taking a very long time. ATM machines are available inside. Other workers were assisting with those in the line who might be served without needing to stand in a line that had gotten long because of the extremely slow customer. The manager even brought me a chair since I had been standing awhile & walk with a cane. Once the slow customer left, the line rapidly became shorter & everyone was serviced. Thanks so much for excellent service!

  I'm on vacation and forgot my card back home. I walked in and was greeted immediately by a lovely gentleman whose name I cannot remember(sorry!) and helped fill out the withdrawal slip. There were TWO people in front of me and the line was fast. The teller was super friendly and helpful. I went in around 2pm. This branch was amazing!
