  I've been banking at this branch for years ,since the manager left a few months ago this bank has completely changed un friendly un trained and simply will not bank here anymore ,there short handed always at least an hour wait ,today I went to get in my safe deposit boxes and it was like a circus to get in my own safe deposit box ,first teller was rude to start with then said I had to come verify info and enter my social security number so I did he then said nope thats not you then asked me to enter special code etc etc after 4 attempts at what ever he was doing I said this is ridiculous asked him when all this new requirements started he said along ti me ago well I was just in it a week ago and I didn't have to jump through all those hoops the banker got his key and we went in .ive had safe deposit boxes at this bank a couplre of times over the years and never such ado non there less after 45 min I left after second teller couldn't help I me an what the hell I had my bank card my id and both safe deposit box keys and the second teller has been there as long as I have been banking there she still was in duh mode .so I'm going back closing my account safe deposit boxes and good bye chase I've never had such a horrible banking experience in all my 55 years of life .the way this bank is operating is not like any other I've ever banked at and I won't ever bank there again

  Great customer service. My work paychecks have been bouncing on a regular basis so I'd be going to where they bank and paying the fee to guarantee there's money in the account before I try to cash it. I finally got sick of paying the $8 and decided to open an account. Luis was very helpful and straightforward. He even helped me get things set up on the computer, which is usually my most dreaded part (technology isn't my forte). When my paycheck bounced again, I'm sure I exhibited frustration, but Luis was very kind in his words and gave me his card if I have any future troubles. I like that almost everyone I've dealt with at this branch has been caring and treats you like a human.

  Outstanding customer service! Luis and Thuw gave the most excellent customer service I've seen at a bank in a long time. Lets me know that they still care about having relationships with their customers unlike most banks!

  always have positive experiences here! they have convenient ATMs outside for after hours use and really nice fancy ones inside too. cashiers have always been friendly and timely. have never had an obscene wait. they also have their own parking lot which is SO convenient for a midtown/downtown location as street parking can be difficult to find sometimes.

  The teller staff are all very courteous but there are too few of them. It appears that Chase is attempting to replace them with indoor teller machines, they have 3. When dealing with money I prefer have a living, breathing human being assist me with my transaction (this branch only has 3 tellers, at best, that fit this description), not a mindless computer, to answer any questions I may have. Because of the bank's inception of their machines you can always count on a substantial line of customers that don't use the robo-tellers accompanied by a long wait thereof. It feels like Chase wants my money in there coffers without having to provide any personal customer service.
