  This bank is like many other banks in Fair Lawn that are only suitable for small savings accounts. If you want something like a business account you should try a bank like Bank of America since it has easier steps and better business plans for you.

  Pretty fast service I’ve never had any problems waiting too long. Tellers are friendly and other workers are informative

  Customer service horrible. The Polish lady in the front doesn't even bother asking whose here first but takes people that speak her language after I have been her 30 minutes with my daughter. These people have no sense of motivation and overall hate this place. Will be my last here unless I go to the atm.

  Customer service is unfriendly. It's usually empty and cold.

  Worst bank I know, always long lines , no banking machines, very rude personnel.
