::Recently I needed help with some accounts - closing some unwanted/unnecessary accounts and opening up a new savings account. Alyssa was very helpful with all of this and knew exactly what to do on the Chase app on my iPhone in order for it to work. I was pleased with her competence and pleased that she wasn't pressuring me for unnecessary services. Then last week I had a problem with my account due to my credit card processor (not Chase) and Alyssa and Vijay helped me out again. Very capable and polite. This branch is also quiet and dignified.
