  I give it two stars because that is all the entire company is worth regardless of which branch. Unreliable atm machines . Chase Bank is the only bank where this happens. And it has happened at other branches as well. Long lines not enough tellers. Ok the tellers who are there are friendly and courteous but personally, I can do without the long lines and the constant atm machine outages. Right now, it can't dispense any cash so I now have to go across the street to HSBC and pay a fee to take cash out.

  Great customer service, however there is only one ATM at this extremely busy location. Please install another ATM!

  BEWARE! THIS BANK GIVES OUT COUNTERFEIT MONEY! On 9/29/12, Teller Dominique gave me a fake $100 bill! Who would ever expect to receive FAKE MONEY from a bank! How interesting is it that a customer service associate at a local GROCERY STORE and her supervisor can tell at a glance that the bill was counterfeit, but a BANK TELLER who is TRAINED to recognize fake money and works with money EVERY DAY CAN NOT tell this when she gave it to me! WHAT IS THE WORLD COMING TO? YOU CAN'T EVEN TRUST YOUR BANK TO GIVE YOU "REAL" MONEY!!!! I WILL MAKE SURE TO TELL EVERYONE THAT I CAN REACH THAT THIS BANK IS NOT ACCOUNTABLE TO THEIR CUSTOMERS AT ALL!!!!
