  I do not recommend this location for opening accounts or getting anything notarized. They have only one person working during Christmas how does that even happen.

  My gosh I been there over 30 min wait for the bank teller if they are continuing business like that I will close my account at Chase poor service

  I have been to this location a several time for change. My job has an account there. I have never been asked for my ID to get change. I had walked there in 33 degree weather for change. Do you know they would not give me any even tho I had my jobs account number with out my ID. Mine you I have been there many times over a the past year and a half. Because they didnt know my face I was made to walk back in the cold just to get my ID for change. When I asked the manager when did they start making you have an ID for change and was this a recent policy change. She had to ask the new hire when did they make the change. Being a manager who's trying to enforce the policy should know it. And the manger let me know that she knew of my fellow coworkers who come get change. And I let her know that they have never been asked to show there ID. She was very unprofessional and keep reminding me that she know my coworker but not me. What does have to do with her enforcing a policy sometimes. I would never bank at chase. Especially if they are only going to follow policy sometimes or when the manger want it to look like they are doing there job. This manager was a african american lady and I didn't get her name.

  I never had a problem with any breach before, but this branch has the worst customer service. My wife went to get a new card and they blew her off for hour. This was the second time this has happened to her and we live in Waxahachie. Don't go to this chase bank they don't care about costumers at all!!!
