  Only two bankers and long waits. Not the first time this happens. This branch used to be way better six months ago

  employees are very nice and they have the new ATMs. They have few 5 regular ATM's outside and 2 of the new ATM's inside. Have water for customers and treat for dogs. A pretty good Chase.

  The ATM inside the main area (I didn't try one in the lobby) let me choose my denomination of bills. Exactly what I needed.

  I do not have enough good things to say about this branch. The customer service is excellent, not something you get used to in NYC. My private client banker Julio goes above and beyond to help me! and everyone else I've had to do business with here has always done the same. I realize this is a bank and not like, food, or anything but if you need to do business or are looking for a good bank, this particular location is hands down one of the best branches. Forming a positive relationship and receiving adequate care is more important to me than convenience. So with that being said, I've had such good experiences at this Chase, I would
