  They do not answer their phone. The wait time to talk to a 'personal banker' is ridiculous!! The girls behind the counter are nice but can't help with most things and the 'personal bankers' are never free to answer basic questions or help with simple quick things. This bank is woefully understaffed and does not make the customer feel important or valued at all.

  I have been going to this Chase Bank Branch for over 20 years.I have to say they are the best. Thank You For All The Wonderful Service You Provide. I am trying to post this and am giving it 5 starts but for some reason it keeps showing up 4.5 they are not 4.5 they are 5.0
