::WORST BRANCH EVER. AT 2PM 10 PEOPLE WAITING IN THE LINE, ALL EMPLYEES AT BANK WALKING AROUND LIKE ZOMBIES. ONE OF THE EMPLOYEES ASKING PEOPLE IN THE LINE WHAT KIND OF SERVICE THEY NEED AND THE EMPLOYE SAYS SORRY EVERYBODY AT LUNCH RIGHT NOW. SHE TOLD ME THAT IT MAY TAKE 1 HR TO GET SOMEONE TO HELP ME TO TRANSFER MONEY. SO THEY SENT ALL THE EMPLOYEES TO LUNCH BREAK AT 2PM. WOW I WONDER WHO RUNS THIS BRANCH. REDICULUS. ALSO DON'T BE FOOLED BY ALL THE 5 STAR REVIEWS HERE, LOOKS LIKE ALL BELONG TO THE FRIENDS AND FAMILY MEMBERS OF THE BRANCH'S EMPLOYEES WHO NEVER BEEN AT THE LOCATION IN THEIR LIVES.

::Very friendly and attentive staff. I came in to pay off a credit card and open a savings account to take advantage of their free $200 deal. Workers were very smiley and straight forward. Explained to me all the requirements to get the $200 credit. Thank you to Heidi for making it a pleasant experience. It made me want to open a business account with chase in the future.
