  Poor service, Manager was not helpful in our conversation. Asked why i was not made aware of my checks being placed on hold and she replied "we do not tell people about the hold because we have a blanket statement on the receipt in case any check is placed on hold". Funny thing is you do not get a receipt until the end of the transaction and the receipt does not actually say there has been a hold, just that you made a deposit. Unless you pull up your account on your phone right on the spot to check them, you would never know until it was too late and they tell you to deal with it. I escalated my complaint to corporate office but doubt that I will get a responsive if this is how they think the proper way to treat customers.

  I had a very simple and smooth introduction to how bank accounts work when I went up to set my first one up. Lovely people, no idea what the bad reviews where talking about!

  The staff is very stupid, especially a person with last name Uribe, I spend a lot of time and the teller said can't make a deposit in cash, what a stupid thing!

  Can get pretty busy and they can have a little trouble catching up but it's not to bad when that happens. I've had great experiences even during those times though.
