  Unfortunately this is the chase that is closest to my home. The location is great but there are like a dozen potholes that can take the wheels off your car. You always have to be careful pulling into the parking lot. The other thing that bugs me is the fact that even though I have my ID and debit card, they'll still ask for a method of verification that involves sending a text message to my phone and giving them a pin. I have never had that asked anywhere! I'm not sure how I could make a withdrawal if I didn't bring my phone or if it was dead. I always found that this is the only location that asks for that.
