  Beautiful views; that’s it! Food was ok, I’ve had better and at half the price. The service was super slow and the hostess were super rude. Not to mention I tried calling several times and they kept hanging up the phone. When I arrived the hostess said 45 min and that they would call me. An hour later I came downstairs and before I asked she asked me for my name and went on to tell me they would call me when my table was ready, I reminded her that’s what she told me an hour ago... had to wait another 15 min for my table. Our waiter... SLOW! We would ask for something and he’d just disappear. I was trying to remain in a good mood, but was very difficult in this place. Only reason I gave it 2 stars was do to the girl at the bar, she was pleasant and attentive

  We had our 10th anniversary dinner at Chart House and it was very nice. Romantic atmosphere, they customized the menus for us as seen in one of my photos. We had a fantastic time. I booked reservations 6 months in advance just to be sure we had a table on our special night, but booking out that far probably isn't necessary. We had steaks and souflets which were cooked perfectly.

  The Chart House Restaurant is a wonderful experience. The service is exceptional and a lot of details put into quality service. The food is very well prepared and the staff ensures that your dining experience is well planned. The views are impeccable of course, being that you are over 500ft in the air. We had the pleasure of enjoying their filet mignon, DELICIOUS!!! My wife enjoyed the Chilean Sea Bass, AMAZING!

  Anything downtown in any city is going to be "Expected Overrated, Expected Dissapointing" agree..? Okay, having said that, MY.. look close.. "MY" experience was awesome. Had the chopped salad, shrimp cocktail & maple glazed quail with a coke. "James" was our waiter. Yeah, he didn't fill up my drink everytime I had just finished it, but i drink fast and opened my mouth and asked for a refill! Left a great tip for him. If you're the demanding type and want to be served on a golden platter.. maybe go to your mom's or your grandma's! Want to try it up here in 750 feet above street level while turning to view the city every few minutes?.. Come on up! Quit complaining, let's eat! You don't like it? Okay, no problem.. scratch it off your list of things to do in San Antonio! P.S... the waiter and I were from different cultures, ethnicities and backgrounds...Shoot.. we got along just fine! May I see the dessert menu please 😉😉

  Best view in town... but the food wasn’t worth the price. Went there to celebrate something and ordered the ahi. 15 minutes later the waiter came back and said they didn’t have any. 15 minutes. Then I ordered the salmon. 8 minutes passed, and the waiter came and said there wasn’t any salmon. At that point I asked if they had any chicken dish. The chicken was okay, but the service wasn’t and the price was way too much. Go downtown somewhere and enjoy it more.
