  Customer service is clueless and the ATMs aren't ever available for use.

  I spoke with a representative named Stephanie. I would suggest more training in customer service. When asked why certain information provided online differed from information she provided, her answer was "I don't know" and that was that. Perhaps employees should consider finding answers or solutions by asking their associates or management who may know so that going forward if ever asked a similar question again they may have an answer rather than stating "I don't know".
