  I can't say enough good things about Charlotte Health Center, The entire staff are awesome people. Dr. Matt and Dr. Cameron have been very helpful in my journey to change my health and life. If I could give 10 stars I would!

  Outstanding and knowledgeable staff from the front desk to the doctors. I needed to lose at least 60 lbs. and knew I couldn’t do it by myself. The treatment concept made sense to me. My weight loss has been slower than I would like, but it is consistent. I’m almost half-way to my goal and am very excited about being “me” again.

  Five stars is not enough to rate this place! They honestly are off the charts! You are not just a face at Charlotte Health Center. The entire staff is always smiling, personable and friendly. They genuinely care about you and your health. This place has changed my life. My only "regret" is not starting sooner!!

  CHC has changed my life. I've lost 40 lbs in 2 months and feel great! The office staff is always very helpful and pleasant! I'm looking forward to continuing with the program and seeing even more results.

  Charlotte Health Center has literally changed my life. Not only have I found relief from my back and neck pain, but I feel like I've made positive changes in my overall health and feel like part of the family. Always welcoming, always willing to inform and educate when i have questions, and I've never once felt that I was being pressured to do anything. The entire staff is helpful and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Charlotte Health Center
