  Made with local and fresh ingredients. One of the only reasons I miss working downtown...Charlie’s. In my top 5 of all time favorite deli sandwiches in the US.

  Great people running the place. Best sandwiches in town. I can't afford to eat here everyday, but happy to get regular discounts from the email list:)

  Old fashion place that is showing its years; could use a fresh coat of paint and some updates, but that's not why someone comes here! I ordered a Pastrami Reuben sandwich which was very good! I thought the bread was really good too; locally made and fresh. I ordered my sandwich with German potato salad which was done nicely. I saw locals enjoying this hidden jem and saw lots of take out too. Jukebox was playing some classic music but I thought it was a bit loud (I looked up to see i was right under the ceiling speaker). Great overall.. I'll be back!

  Best customer service. We placed an order via Amazon Restaurants which got completely messed up...the driver apparently said he picked up our order but never did. Charlie called me directly and let me know that our food was still waiting and informed me that the driver never came but closed our order. He was extremely helpful. Then we spent the next 1.5 hours on the phone with Amazon (not great customer service!!) trying to figure it out. During this time, Charlie called again to check in as he knew we wanted to receive our order and not just cancel. We finally got a fresh order in. Charlie and his staff helped us out greatly and threw in an extra treat for us even though it was not their fault. The sandwiches were delicious but the biggest thing was the amazing customer service. Thanks so much!!! You will definitely be our number one sandwich spot!

  First of all, the sandwiches, sides, and tomato soup here NEVER disappoint. High quality ingredients and delicious pairings! I've ordered delivery through Playmates but tonight my delivery person came to the door and said he didn't have my food?! A lot went wrong but the guys at Charlie's made everything right. They remade my order and hand delivered it. They got in touch with postmates and got me a refund. They even stacked my bag with cookies and a brownie to sweeten the deal. I hope you guys read this because you made my night!!!
