  i love charles terwhyt been there costumer for years. treu to their words and product. you will definetly love your clothes from them .highly recommended. not too heavy on your pocket.

  Great store with a fantastic collection of suits. Ask for Ray. Y if you can. Great salesman ,very informative. Took a consultative approach, listened to my specific needs, steered me away from certain clothing types and towards others. I actually ended up buying an extra suit. Great store and even better customer service!! 6 stars for Ray. Will be back for sure.

  A very nice store, and very nice collection. This store have a product that is so luxury and high quality. It is expensive, but not more expensive than some other stores that you might see in Chicago or anywhere else that might sell the same products as this store sells. Also even it is expensive, but sometimes they make a deals that makes their product goes a way cheaper as they were expensive.

  Beware Their Shirts SHRINK! The sales man tells me "Well, next time if I buy a regular shirt then I would by one inch extra to make sure once shirt shrinks it is right for you". This is totally ridiculous. When you know that your shirts shrink it is your responsibility to alert customers or put a BIG sign in store that our shirts SHRINK.

  Customer service is phenomenal!!! VERY friendly, accommodating, and patient. Mike and Ray went above and beyond to help me pick out a stylish outfit for an event which was only a day away. Both are very informative, knowledgeable, and provided great suggestions without being condescending. They made my buying process very easy. I’ve been coming to Chicago location for years and dealt with other staff members who were always professional and outstanding!! Thank you for always making me feel welcome and thank you Charles Tyrwhitt for your amazing designs and quality work!! Till Next Time :)
