  On the recommendation of my son, I went to Charles Schwartz & Son in The Willard hotel. I was lucky enough to work with Mark whose knowledge and professionalism put me at ease right away, I asked a lot of questions and Mark patiently answered them.   I've purchased four pieces of jewelry from the 1400 F St location of Charles Schwartz & son, an engagement ring, two wedding bands, and diamond earrings. I've been fortunate enough to work with Mark every time I've visited. He has been so professional, so friendly and so incredibly knowledgeable about every piece they have. He makes jewelry shopping fun and puts you at ease as soon as you sit down. Buying an engagment ring was extremely important and intimidating. Mark immediately put to rest all of my fears and took the time to understand what I was looking for. Furthermore, he ably handled all of our sizing needs and has cleaned my (now wifes') engagement ring three times, free of charge. I will never look anywhere else for jewelry, Charles Schwartz' variety and working with Mark has made me a customer for life!
