  Disgraceful service. They installed a door-closing spring on my apartment's front door. The spring was of low quality and did not stand up to the rigors of use in New York City (even for a few days). They sent servicemen out a few times, but the problem was never solved. They are now unwilling to stand by their work and install a working door-closer. I am appalled at the lack of professionalism. BRING YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE, THIS COMPANY IS UNPROFESSIONAL AND WILL WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY.

  I couldn't be happier with the service. Everyone I spoke to was friendly and knowledgeable. The lock installation was quick and painless. I would wholeheartedly recommend this neighborhood shop to everyone!

  Best locksmith in the city. Charlie hooked me up with a rare key I needed copied. Quick and easy. Also great selection of old safes and locks.

  Perfect local business. The store is full of all sorts of wonderful things -- door knobs, door stops, brass planters...and they make great keys at a fair price. Daniel is always lovely and is full of good advice.
