  F in telephone professionalism. Asked about a drop in and by the week service and was told they don't provide it. Asked about full time registration, received an "I don't know" "could you call back in 30 min. Lesson 1: Don't have someone that says Idk answer your phones. (It made me believe she didn't give an honest answer to the first question) Lesson 2: Taking the number of the person that called and asking "what's a good time to give you a call back?" Is 10x more professional than can you call back in 30 min...like NO! I'm calling now during your BUSINESS HOURS to get the most basic of information
