  Signed a contract. 30 days later I call the local credit union to see where the payment coupon was only to find out the deal was not done. That's how you find out the TRUE outcome of your loan when you shop with the Chapman's. Bravo sales and financing staff. Way to run the Chapman name through the mud. A bunch of ''sorry, it's not our fault'' "it was the bank'' Let me be clear, this isn't my first car purchase, I know how financing works, that is why I told the finance and sales rep that I could return for the vehicle once it was actually DONE and solid from the credit union. But no, they decide to waste time and money. Of course I still have the option to keep the vehicle ONLY if I sign a new contract that takes my payment up another 18%. You know what though, I'm not letting them play their little scam on me. Do yourselves a favor and go somewhere ELSE! Spread the word people. Tucson is too small to be treating consumers like this. Run 'em out of town. What a way to run a business.

  Muy mal servicio te hacen esperar para todo, nunca nadie sabe nada ABSOLUTAMENTE NADA, te hacen platicar con todo el personal. Compramos una camioneta y no fue si no haya 2 semanas después que “la pude manejar” y lo digo entre comillas por qué “se supone” que ellos repararían 2 detalles que la camioneta tenía; Reparar el volante y Reparar un sonido que tiene la rueda delantera izquierda (parte de la suspensión). Para colmo, al momento de entregar la camioneta solo fue reparado el volante y ahora tendré que Reparar yo por mi propia cuenta la suspensión ya que ellos demostraron ser totalmente ajenos al conocimiento de esa reparación, en verdad estamos muy molestos con todo esto ya que es injusto que tengamos que hacerlo por nuestra cuenta. En verdad piénselo muy bien antes de comprar cualquier carro en esa agencia por qué al principio todos se desviven para atenderte, ofreciéndote café o palomitas, pero después de la firma si se acuerdan de ti, es más no te voltean a ver y solo se comportan despotas y arrogantes y después de leer esto TÍPICO el mensaje automático de DISCULPAS, como sinsus disculpas fueran a reparar mi camioneta..... HORRIBLE CHAPMAN HONDA DE LA 22 allí se los dejo señores Luis Esparza Gerente, Chris Ibarra “Vendedor” Richy Soto “Mecánico” y Felicidades Adam, por que nunca se arregló nada cuando solo pedía más y más días!!! FATAL!!!
