  If you need to have your car serviced I highly recommend Chapman ask for Jonathan. I have been going to dealerships for almost 50yrs and dealing with Jonathan and Joe at Chapman has been the best experience I have ever had. They bend over backwards to meet my schedule. They are very knowledgeable and friendly. I always believe that the services department is the most important part of the dealership and these guys are the best.

  I went to Chapman over the weekend to get a 2018 traverse. Chapman was the only dealer in the entire Philadelphia area who had the exact car that I wanted. Juan helped me out tremendously. As soon as I got there he had the car ready for me to test drive! He was very knowledgeable about the features of the traverse. I told all my friends and family about how professional Juan was and how great of an experience I had at Chapman because car buying can be a lengthy and frustrating process. I got the car I wanted and the process was a breeze!

  I had a fantastic experience with Chapman Chevrolet. I was a little nervous about leasing a car from end to end on my own for the first time, but the lovely folks at Chapman made it easy. They explained the things I didn't understand, walked me through the process of returning my old lease, and answered all of my miscellaneous questions. Sales reps Jeff and Malik are both phenomenal, and I highly recommend talking to either of them if you are in the market for a new car. 10/10

  Purchased a Cadillac. Got a great deal on the price. The Sales Person "Malik Nelson" was very friendly, polite and knowledgeable. I was able to upgrade into a newer model Cadillac with all the features I was looking for. The Title Person "Patty" was awesome, she was able to find a great interest rate and payment that fit my budget. I left the dealership in my new car happy and satisfied.
