  Went to this place and was happy to see it's a family owned minority business. I wanted to support them. They are nice people but my experience makes me shudder every time I drive by this place. I paid for a diagnostic and went back a few weeks later to fix the problem. They kept no records of what was wrong and I had to try to explain to the guy and his sister who run the place what I remembered of the explanation. They ONLY have a mechanic on Saturdays so I had to wait a few days for them to work on it. I paid a total of about $300 to these people and my check engine light came on before I even got home. Yes, before I got home. The light had not been on before nor was it the issue I brought it in for. They closed right after I left, midday, and so I had to wait till the following Sat. to get it checked again. The original problem returned and check engine light after the second time. Finally, we asked for our money back, but they refused and wanted another chance. Reluctantly we gave a third chance. We picked it up and the problems seemed to be gone. The guy who runs the place admitted he didn't exactly know the problem and gave us the impression that he is not a real or certified mechanic. He apologized and we left. A few weeks later the original problem returned. At this point we could no longer keep trying with these people. We basically lost $300 and still had a problem on our hands. This place is unprofessional, has random hours, doesn't guarantee their work apparently and if you don't speak Spanish beware that the girl in the office who runs the place as well, sister of the first guy, can translate if needed but even she has a hard time communicating your description to the 1 day a week mechanic and then of course has a hard time translating back to you because she doesn't know the jargon in Spanish. You have been warned.

  Awesome service and professional techs they know what they are doing. Great family owned business and very honest people.

  If i could choose 0 ☆ I would Horrible experience Got my vehicle in a worse condition then when I brought it in!!! Never doing business with them and letting friends and family know about their unprofessional work

  Never been to the shop but the maniac who drives the truck with their logo on it makes me avoid their services at all costs! It's raining and he is driving 55 on Stapley in the 35mph zone then speeds up and cuts people off when the lane is merging and everyone else has been waiting patiently, almost creaming me and my 18month old daughter in the backseat.
