  All I did was stop in to pick up a shipment. I walk in, straight to the cashier area and there were two employees, a boy and girl, talking (they weren't busy). They should have immediately stopped what they were doing and asked if I needed help, but no, so I said I was there for pick up, and they both looked at me like I committed murder, which annoyed me, but I let it slide. I then said I was there to pick up a shipment and her response: "A shipment for what?" Not an "okay, what was the name the shipment was under?" Which is what I would think would've been the normal response. That really got under my skin, especially since I have worked a job that involved good customer service. I've never had a bad experience like this anywhere. I felt very disrespected. Also, she didn't even ask for a form of ID to verify I was the person to pick it up. I'm really not the type to complain about mediocre/poor customer service, since I know what it's like to work in that field, but the tone that was given to me, when I wasn't even being demanding as a customer, was very upsetting. - Mar. 22, 2016 1:30PM

  Disappointed that the clerk didn't check the shoe box ..before we left my daughter got home only to have to right shoes ..now I've spent from 5 to now almost 6 calling them for their line to keep ringing busy
