::Ordered 3 doors on Janurary 8th. Contract stated that they should be installed approximately 6-9 weeks. 16 weeks later, and no one knows when they will be in. Every time we call.. "Oh, they should be ready next week" We have heard that for 12 weeks in a row.

::My husband and I have been looking at getting our windows replaced, our sliding door fixed and the garage door transformed into a door + Window. Champion was one of the companies we contacted about this. When the Champion employee first arrived he gave us several options and even suggested some things we fix ourselves because of the price being more reasonable and the labor not complicated. Being we are on a budget we are grateful for that. The experience we had with this visit was excellent! He was nice and knowledgeable. The visit did last a long time but we all were very patient. In the end we decided to go with Champion and agreed to over 10k worth of work. We then set up an appointment for someone to come out to remeasure the frames. No one ever showed up... no call... no message and barely an apology. We called that day around 6:30 (30 minutes after the scheduled appointment. No one answered. Called again.... no answer. We called the following day and to explain what happened. We got a new appointment setup and we're assured they would be there. 1 hour after the appointment again...we called and spoke with someone and they said they would escalate the issue... why does this issue even require an escalation.... this should be resolved immediately. Anyways, they said someone would call us within 24 hours. Guess what!!! No one called.... so this morning we call again and talk to a lady that says she will give our name and number to someone that will call us. Still have yet to talk to anyone that remotely wants to resolve this issue or that sounds like they care.

::I'll start by don't schedule an in home quote unless you have AT LEAST 2 hours to spare. If you think this is going to a painless 15-30 minutes ordeal, I'll have you know you are WRONG. Robb arrived at our house around 6:00pm, and while he was VERY nice and good at his job by 8:15pm I just wanted him out. I was very firm when I stated that we were not interested in purchasing windows that night, but he still continued to push.. which I understand is his job. We won't be purchasing windows through Champion simply because we don't plan on being in our current home for more than a couple more years and I don't want to invest $8K on windows at this time. Had we been building our forever home, I might entertain the idea of Champion windows. Again, Robb was very friendly and very nice I just didn't expect to spend my entire evening with him sitting on my couch for 2+ hours.

::I live in a two story duplex in Brentwood. The home and the attached Champion Sunroom, which was built on in 2006, according to the specs provided when I bought the home in 2014. The windows in the Sunroom and the entire house are Champion windows and look as though they were installed at the same time the Sunroom was added by a previous owner. The Sunroom is great but the windows are horrible. Currently, there are 10 windows where the seals have broken, one of those being a large window in the Sunroom, the others in the house, mostly upstairs. I went online and arranged to have a rep come and give us a quote to have the windows worked on. I even called to verify the time for the visit and the office verified and THEN THEY DIDN'T SHOW, DIDN'T CALL, DIDN'T DO SQUAT!!! They knew I had Champion windows and you would think they would want to take care of one of their own but they never even followed up! I see by the complaints in the reviews that Champion of Nashville must be a One Horse Show in Nashville. They need some competition from someone that has good customer service! You should be ashamed!

::I work for Champion in Nashville, Tn and consider it to be one of the finest companies I’ve ever known. I’ve been with them for well over a decade and can honestly say I’ve never known a customer that wasn’t completely satisfied after all work was done. I’m not saying that we are perfect, after all, 90% of remodeling consist of solving challenges that come up. What I am saying is that Champion will continue to strive for excellence and not stop until all concerns are satisfied. As a point of interest, you don’t get to stay in business for going on 65 years by not taking of your customers.
