::Went in for an appointment to see what work I was going to need done on my teeth. X-rays were taken and a treatment plan was drawn up listing all of the work I would be getting done in house and a price total. Come time for my first appointment, it turns out they no longer have a dentist and had to have a random substitute dentist from Chicago come down who ended up filling my cavities. Not only was he an hour late, he did a terrible job and one of the fillings cracked within days of having it done preventing me from chewing on that side of my mouth. If the office already knew that they no longer had an in house dentist, a treatment plan should have never been drawn up and I should not have been allowed to put a down payment for the full amount, which, to my great misfortune, I did. When I found out I would have to go to a different office to get my root canals done, I requested a refund on my down payment as I would no longer be getting the work done there. It took them over a month to issue my refund check. Not only that, the check was short by almost $250. Overall, a terrible, unprofessional experience.

::Best experience I have ever had at a dentist. Katie was my hygienist, and she was so sweet- I absolutely loved her! She did a great job, and everyone else was super friendly too. 10/10 would recommend

::I waited 3 months for a cleaning. Then they cancelled and said it would be another month. Which is fine, but when the pulled my tooth a few weeks earlier the dentist who pulled it left several shards of tooth embedded in my gum. She had hurt me so bad while pulling the tooth out that I told her to please stop. About a week later I was able to work out the pieces with tweezers. I’ve been there three times and seen 3 different dentists. Not sure what’s going on there, but I’m starting again with another dental practice.

::A simple crown turned into a nightmare. They worked on a wrong tooth, after a month they said that they cannot deliver the crown because they lost the images from the scanner, of course I had to come back later because now the scanner wasn't working... I had paid them $478 on the first visit, and nothing. Thay agreed to give me back my money, but it's been over two months now, and every time I go there they keep finding excuses. Starting to feel like they lyed to me... My advice, don't pay them before they do the job, or better yet go somewhere else.
