  What your experience will be like depends on the day you are there and whether the place will be busy. Three saturdays ago, we stopped by and the place was mostly empty with just a couple of people dancing. However two Saturdays ago, we came again for a party, the place was packed as there were other people holding parties that day. The night turned out to be fun, the music was excellent (great job by the dj) and the ambiance was great. I'm taking away a star however because the waitstaff was overwhelmed and made a few mistakes with foods and drinks. Also, when asked for water, it took a very long time to get it. You'll have fun if the place is busy (ask when calling if there are others holding parties same night)

  Tori is always a great bartender, always helpful. Love the new design inside. Always a favorite spot

  This historic tavern head been renovated many times, the last was two months ago. The downstairs bathroom is a stone walled cellar. Climb the steep steps for Thursday night dancing, a patio and wooden balconies. They probably should "unrenovate", as it was more popular in the 70s as a local hang out.

  Great place to grab a drink downstairs or up. Downstairs is more like a cozy bar and upstairs has tables and dining options. There is also an outside deck area which is great in nice weather. Was recently taken over by a new owner and the staff was very friendly.

  Just a great all-around Restaurant and Bar. Lively and always exciting you never know what you're going to get that evening. Not so known for their food their restaurant it's a great asset to the establishment. The food is delicious. A great idea would be dinner on the go.. a perfect idea for a night in. Just call in on your way home!
