This is the definitive place to go for Industrial sewing machines sales, service, parts and supplies. I was blown away by the helpful advice and information they gave to me as a complete noob. 10/10 would recommend.

I recommend that if you have questions, you should email or call. This store specializes in getting you the exact industrial sewing machine that you want and servicing machines too. They do carry and sell used machines as well. I am giving this place 3 starts and not 4 because we spent 2 or 3 hours in the store listening to a one sided conversation. The salesman did not ask us very many questions concerning how much and what kind of work we did. And when we asked a question, he often didn't let us finish asking before he answered and didn't really answer it. He often went off on far tangents as well. It seemed more like he just wanted to tell us what he wanted to say and not what we wanted to know. He was very nice but we didn't really have 2 hours to spend. I'm sure their products and services are very good; however, more consideration for our time would have been greatly appreciated.

I have called and left message and emails for them over the past two weeks. I need my industrial machines serviced and no-one ever replies or calls you back as they promise when you call
