  I have been a customer paying my full homeowners premium on time each year for my home in New York for the last 20 years. For the last 2 years they have not sent a bill on time, and I have had to send multiple emails to get them to know my premium. Without any claims, my premium rose 30% last year. This year, it is one month over due, and after 4 emails, still no response from anyone in the office. Seems like they do not care about people, their property or their business.
