  Worst customer service i have come across, every month i receive my SSI check there, most of the time they say its not there when it is, I call the bank before I go. Third time Im told my check is there once i arrive, the person in charge of making them leaves, so after 4pm there is no one there to issue your checks, So im screwed and stranded since i was told its there, now i have no carefare to get back home. If your establisment stay opent till 9:30 pm how is it there is no one in charge of making/issuing checks after 4pm! I will be removing my check from this location.

  I got to the place and the lady working there let a guy in at 9:33pm I walk behind him at 9:34pm the door didn’t even close yet and she has the bum working there tell me that they closed. What kind of people you have working here that are sexist!! I come to this location EVERY SINGLE FRIDAY and I get treated like that. It’s a shame these people have the company looking very bad. I will have to report to the better business bureau because this is totally outrageous to treat your regular clients like this.

  HORRIBALE HORRIBALE CUSTOMEE SERVICE REPS VERY NASTY ATTITUDE AND SLOW WORKING EVERYTIME I GOT THERE IM THERE FOR AN HOUR RATHER THEIRS A LINE OR NOT ITS THE WORSE
