  If you need a metro card from here go at least an hour before you need to get the bus

  This place is absolutely horrible. Everytime I go there to get a metro card there is either one person alone behind the counter or their moving like sloths... I don’t forget to refill my metro card at the train station often however whenever I do this is the only place that I can get a metro card. Today is TUESDAY on a TUESDAY morning 8:36am in a longass line missed 3 buses because there is only one person working at the moment. I don’t find this professional at all because it’s a TUESDAY and it’s between 8am - 9am ... are you really going to have one person working when everyone is here to take care of their business early in the morning or like me here trying to get a metro card so that I can get to work which is not never going to happen cause it’s now 8:38am and I’m still on this line and I’m supposedly suppose to be at work 9am. I’m late for work everytime I make a human mistake to forget to refill my metro card at the train. The only reason I’m writing a review is because it’s not within one month or 6 months ... this is how this place operates throughout the year.

  This store is the most ridiculous store because of my I'd having a middle initial they would not give me my money
