Used to be a nice park to go to most of the time pretty quiet occasional games family get-togethers often used as a dog park. I do have a small dog. Enjoying the walks and I do pick up the poop?πŸ’©πŸΆ. I don't like to step onπŸ’©. Wouldn't want anybody else to. But now the home less people are moving in making a mess of things. No disrespects. Judge for your self. Ps. Keep it clean. Much nicer.πŸ‘ beautiful place and close to home. It also has a gymnasium. Not to many people know about it. Two playgrounds for the youngsters. Bath rooms. BBQ' s, Park benches in the shade. And more? Small park but it works for me. EnjoyπŸ˜ŽπŸ‘πŸŒ΄πŸΎπŸΆ// wish it had a pool🌊maybe not.✌😁

Its a big park and has improved in many ways but unfortunately not in others such as the homeless encampments and i dont know if police enforce the rules of overnight camping but on the daytime you can see many people many whom may be under the influence of narcotics like today inseen a woman with no bra, not a place where i would personally take my kids ti play but if you stay away from the area they hang out like oropeza center or the restrooms then its a good place for games like soccer or other sports that require an open field. There is a community center with good activities but thats another review for that center

What a nice park. The boys & girls club is also inside THE building. There is an out side work out equipment area to. I use it often. A play area and picnic are are also available there.

This is a large park west of downtown Long Beach. It has 2 nice playgrounds on opposite ends. There is also a community center with a fitness center that usually has big guys working out that look like they just paroled. There's usually some type of community events going on here. It's a nice looking park I frequent but it can be ghetto with transients & pot smokers, no offense. The police often make their rounds to keep the parks safe.
