  DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! You do not need to pay any company to consolidate your loans!!! They will take your money and you have no legal recourse. They fooled me.

  I never recieve any statements showing my total balance due or payments, balance total payments paid. BIGGEST SCAM EVER.

  They are frauds they are charging you 900 dollars for something you can do yourself. Don't do it. It's not a loan forgiveness program. Your paying them to put you on a income base repayment plan that you can do yourself. It's a fraud it's a fraud it's a fraud. Call fed loan and ask them how to do income base repayment yourself.

  Certified Doc Prep is a complete scam. They charged me $900 to "forgive my student loans and put me on an income based repayment plan". The money for the income based repayment plan is actually for a pointless membership. You will still be paying your student loans through this program. AVOID CERTIFEID DOC PREP! THEY WILL LIE AND STEAL!
